I haven't heard a stock exhaust in a long time. It doesn't sound bad though for factory. Add a 30 dollar exhaust cutout and it will really wound good.

Only 30 bucks? I thought it was at least 200? Or is that for a good Electronic one?

Correct, that is the electric one. Just a plain cutout will run 30 bucks, the stainless steel version around 45.

Yep, a mail order tune will add some power to and is very cost effective. Might even want to look into doing some suspension upgrades.

100 for a pcm4less tune. 50 for a re tune. I used them for a while but there are many others.

Yes. Also, www.madz28.com is the other big one that many people, including myself, use on this site. It is pretty easy to do, basically the tuner will send you a tuned PCM. You then remove your existing PCM and send it back to the tuner as the "core." Removing the PCM is an easy 10 minute job, nothing to it.

I would also like to tune my Fans so the low goes on Around 160 or something instead of the stock 200 something. Or am I better off gettin a 160* stat and the manual switch for the fans?

You can do a manual switch, PCM tuning will do the same effect. With the PCM tuning, you can have other parameters changed though as well. A mail-order tune is usually good for a 10-15rwhp gain.

So I should get a mail order tune to make my fans go on at 160* plus I'll get the switch?

and that Mail order tune will add 10-15rwhp? or I have to have the m.o.t. set to different things?

The tuner will adjust other parameters as well to net the power gains. As for the fans, you will either do the tune or the switch, not both. It is a matter or preference in which one you choose. If you went with the PCM tune though, you can basically nail two birds with the same stone as the fan on/off temps can be changed as well as a few other things all for one pricetag.
