Muffler swap question .

Hi, I am trying to quiet down my exhaust. Right now I have slp loudmouth and I want to swap out the slp resonator. Can I fit this in its place?http://dnamufflers.com/DNA/street.html

it should fit, might bit a little tight. I just put a morrso spril flow in place and it made my car sound alot better then the lm1.

I'd say go spiralflow or Pro-flo twister. Those muffers are kind of fat at 5.25-6" in diameter. you'll have to hang your pipes lower for floor board clearance then the mufflers will hang lower, etc.

How much quieter will the car be after the swap?

I have a twister in the I of my Borla. W/no plates it is quieter than my 4" mufflex system w/spintech muffler was. The best thing about it is the lack of rasp.
