What brand LT1 full lengh headers w/cats system work with bolt-in boxed 3-point SLP sub frame connectors without interference?
I have a feeling Mac mids are choking LT4/LE2 in my Pontiac and I am getting tired of uncatted exhaust smell.

I think you'd get your best answers from the manufacturers of the parts in question. Call SLP and see if they know which headers will fit. If they don't, then start finding header systems you're interested in, and call them to see if they know if their setup will clear the SLP parts.
That said, my (UMI) 3-point SFC's don't come anywhere near the exhaust. It's usually the tunnel brace that causes issues, if anything.
