Loudmouth 2.5"?

Is the Loudmouth exhaust system only 2.5" in diameter except for the tips? Or did I read the info wrong(most likely)

I'm pretty sure the SLP LM is a 3" exhaust, and when they say 3" that means outter size, im almost 100% sure. I have one
