hey every one hope all is well. looking for a little help on buying a new muffle I'm looking for one that is very loud and aggressive but that is still legal for street use. its going on my 2002 v6 camaro base. haven't ang engine upgrade except a k/n could air intake system. was told by flow master that the Super 10 Series would be loudest. but probably the 80 series Crossflow would be best. if you all could help tell me if their are better ones out their I would appreciate it very much. I will consider everyone's a pinion. thanks again god bless.

 

FYI- almost all states it is illegal to modify the exhaust despite lots of people doing it.

As far as loud, that is easy- the smaller the muffler the louder it will be, with 'straight-thru' designs being the loudest.

As far as a 'deep sound', that is subjective from one person to another. But in all honesty, I have yet to hear one V6 that I personally thought sounded 'good' with an exhaust system on it. What might sound decent at idle, often just gets hollow and raspy at higher RPMs.
