Looking for help with factory cats

here's the deal, I have a 2000 z28 M6 with factory exhaust. I have been getting an SES for o2 sensor bank 1, sensor 2 and bank 2, sensor 2 for a couple of months. Then my engine power started cutting out at around 3000 rpm at around 2/3 pedal.

So far I have put in new spark plugs and 4 new o2 sensors. This did nothing to help my problem. Still getting the same SES light for o2 sensors after the cat. Do I need new catalytic converters, and will that solve my performance problems. Also, I don't know if this matters, but while sitting still the car revs fine with no drop out all the way to the redline, only under load driving down the road do I have the power dropouts.

One last thing, I found out that there is a warranty extension for catalytic converters on 2000-2002 V8 firebirds and camaros up to 10 years or 120,000 miles. How hard is it to get a dealer to replace the cats for free under these circumstances?

Thanks for any help you can give me. Can't wait to get a 2010 SS, but want to keep my 4th gen forever.
