Longtube Pacesetters, what intermediate pipe are you using?

I have a 97 LT1 with Pacesetter longtubes, ory Y pipe, and i have a new Flowmaster catback, i want to put a Flowtech cutout just after the y pipe, and i need something to go from there to the catback. I am not using a cat. What did you guys do?

I would just take it to an exhaust shop, let them weld in the cutout and modify the i-pipe on your Flowmaster to get it to work with your y-pipe/cutout.

If you have the cutout on there, you will be bypassing the muffler anyhow. Just a thought, but yes, there are better options out there for better flowing mufflers, Hooker being one of them.
