My mods are in my sig the only other mod I intend on doing is an ls6 intake. Just wanting some opinions on which headers will do the best. I am not sure if the bigger ones will kill my low end torque.

 

I have a different drivetrain, but have the stepped Kooks nonsmog longtubes on my '95. You may lose a little lower rpm power due to a large decrease in backpressure, or at a minimum it will move your lowend torque higher up in the rpm range.

I would say go with what you intend to do with the car, because at the cost of those Kooks comes deciding whether or not to do it all over again if you decide to do an over-the-top type buildup on your car.
