Just went to a Hooker....

From an Edelbrock cat-back. I am suprised how quiet the Hooker exhaust is at idle and in the car. Outside it sounds awesome. The Edelbrock was much louder in the car. Hooker sounds crisper when you snap the throttle, and better in my opinion. I also threw a cut-out in there while I was at it.

The part is my Hooker only cost me $100!

They are both nice sounding catbacks IMO. I had the Edelbrock previously, my friend had the Hooker catback. Hard to say which one I liked best though.

I like how the Hooker exhaust comes alive when you rev it up. The Edelbrock had more of a drone to it all the time. Not to mention the boring turned down, plain-jane tips. This Hooker looks sweet from the back!

Put some LT's, an ORY and PRC Stage 1 heads and MS4 cam and it'll sound like this.. .. I love this do0d's car. I had the pleasure of helping w/ the build..

It sounds REALLY throaty w/ all that done! I'd love to have an EXH like that, but i like it loud!..

I too like the hooker, and always suggest it. It sounds stock on a stock car until you open it up and it comes alive. with headers an a off road y pipe, it still sounds good, wether it be lsx or ltx

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK IS LOUDER? A FLOWMASTER OR THE HOOKER? Also, do you guys think the hooker is louder than the slp dual dual system?
