Just ordered a Magnaflow Catback

Today I just ordered my Magnaflow Catback from www.performancepeddler.com. Great price!! Am I going to be happy with this catback?? I heard it outflows the Flowmaster A/T system.

I can't remember how much I paid for mine, but I think I paid around the same from Summit. I have heard of some people finding them brand new for under 300 bucks. Wish I would have been one of those lucky ones. Enjoy your new catback nonetheless.

Yes, you'll love it! I love mine, sound great. Its not too loud at idle, but ROARS when you stomp on it

it blows the FM out of the water....

both have very different sounds...but performance wise the magnaflow is better.

2000GTP, I purchased my MAG for $250.00. If anyone is interested I can get great deals on Flowmaster,Magnaflow and Borla catbacks. E-mail me.

If I ever come across a friend who is in the market for a catback, I'll let them know. 250 bucks is a steal for that catback.

Youll love it, it should sound just like mine (i have mids and a 3" cat). Only problem i had was that the tips dont line up, but im not sure if thats magnaflows fault or the exhaust shops that installed it.

My plan is totally redo my exhaust system. Jet Hot long tubes,Jet Hot Y-pipe,no cat and my Mag. I wonder how would that sound??

Pretty damn good. That's what I have on my trans am only with their catted Y pipe. At cruise and idle it's just slightly louder than stock but when you get in to it that thing screams and has a nice deep tone.

I am not a fan of the Jet Hot Y pipe at all though. Unless the offroad kit comes as one piece I'd see if there is another option.

I paid 315 through a gp here on this site a couple of months ago. Tbryne motorsports. not to burst yer bubble or nothin.

Not sure on that, i think it gets pretty raspy if you dont have a cat. You are not loosing much if you get a high flow cat.

When I first did my complete exhaust install, I had Pacesetter longtubes, an off-road y-pipe, and the Magnaflow catback. I had absolutely no raspiness whatsoever in my exhaust note. The Magnaflow does do a really good job in filtering out the bad noises I guess.
