Not enough info to answer the question, I'm afraid. Jethot doesn't make headers, they coat headers. They then resell the headers. Jethot offers lots of different brands of headers.

Same thing with the Y-pipe. You'll probably need to call Jethot themselves for the answer. We dont even know which car, engine configuration (5.7L TPI??) transmission, or suspension you are running, though I am guessing it's a 1987-1992 thirdgen of some sort.

You won't find a y-pipe that bolts up to the headers in a 2.5 inch format unless you had one custom made, which would be pointless. The 3" y-pipe that bolts up to the headers will be just fine.

I have the Jet-Hot/Hookers and ORY pipe.
Installation was a PITA even while doing motor install, and I'm having exhaust leak issues at the head on #1 - I need to get some top quality
gaskets (crush rings)
They haven't been on the car long enough to evaluate the coating yet.
No clearance/interference issues once installed - close, so use some heat tape on a few things.
Also do yourself a favor and get some ARP header bolts with the 5/16 hex.
Bought them new from a board member that never installed them and I am happy with them.

Jet Hot headers are very similar to Hooker headers. Basically, they took Hookers design, improved it with thicker flanges, and better quality, and branded them as their own. They only come coated, and can use Jet Hot's coated off road Y pipe, or Hookers Y pipe.

We sell the LT1 Jet Hot's here-

and the LS1 Jet Hot's here-
