I really need an emissions scrubbing cat

I searched, and the only posts i could find were about the best flowing, power-saving cats. I'm not worried about how much horsepower i can squeeze out of my cat, I'm worried about passing emissions. I need the best direct fit catalytic converter for scrubbing emissions without going over 250 dollars. any ideas? I'll probably just install a straight pipe through when I'm done testing anyway...

I'm sure you could find a good stock cat for cheap in the for sale section, weld it in there, then chop it out when you're done.

Cat

Years ago i bought a Walker hi flow one and easily passed emissions not only for 93-95 standards but also 96-97 and ran my times in my sig.w/one.I also paid 150.00 for it back then and that was CDN which was probably 100.00 U.S lol. When mine does die i will go w/a straight pipe as well.
