anyone know where to get a stock replacement for cheap?? or does anyone one they want to give me for free

Try a post in the parts wanted section, you might get lucky. Otherwise, aftermarket high flow cats are pretty cheap, around sixty bucks.

oh alright thanks i just need them for passing smog will they pass with high flows???

Hard to say, I have heard of a couple people failing with them, others have passed with flying colors.
