Since no one responded, I looked at the 98 shop manual for the 3.8L V6, and assuming your 99 is the same, you have three heated O2 sensors. Appears one pre-cat sensor on each bank (side) of the engine and a an after-cat sensor.
There is no defined replacement period. Are you having signs of problems with the sensors?
