I live in kcmo lots of potholes and bad roads and I'm kinda worried about lt's. Shorties aren't an option but what about a good set of mid-length headers are they worth the time?

From what ive READ, mac mids are great headers only advantage to long tubes is you get more from low end. and alot of people are gonna ask your goals. if emissions is no problem and you have a high goal they will say go LT's. ME, i plan to buy some mac mids

If you want to get LTs, Kooks will last and have good ground clearance. But are *expensive*. I'm not too sure about other LTs with LT1s.

There's no arguing that on a stock car, LTs are going to net you the most power. People who go with shortys/mids, typically do it for other reasons. Either they are on a tight budget, the headers came on the car, they have emissions, or they are lowered and need to run a stock y pipe or close to stock y pipe to prevent from bottoming out.
