How do install a 2 bolt flange?

How do install a 2 bolt flange?
The car is a 93Z with a 3" flowmaster catback.
The 2 bolt flange on the exhaust pipe has rusted. Obviously because of the flared pipe I can't slip a new flange on. Is there a two piece 2 bolt flange I can use so that I can bolt it up? I've done many searches on here, jegs, and other sites and all I can find is this.

I don't have a welder and don't have the time to go to a muffler shop, so no cut and paste, dig?
