Hookermouth. Anyone ever try this?

Anyone ever try the slp catback with a hookeraerochamber muffler in place of the slp resonator? Or the the muffler borla uses on their catback with the adjustable plates. I think it's a turbo style muffler. I know funny title.

Or even the borla cat with the hooker. By the way anyone has a borla or slp catback with adjustable plates let me know. I have a stock 97 ws6 ta with dual cats. I'm in northwest Indiana.

There isn't enough room under the car to fit the full sized mufflers right after the Y which is where the loudmouth has the resonator.

Hookermouth...sounds like an STD.

Yeah your right, but maybe it can be placed where the stock muffler would go. This of course destroys the originiality of the catback.

Why wouldn't you just go with a hooker catback in the 1st place?

Because i already have the slp on i had put on the other day. Plus i like the idea of just hooking up a single inlet/outlet muffler so i would retain a cutout for the other tailpipe, like the open plate tailpipe side of a borla cat. And if i did go this route I wonder if that would cut the drone out, like the dyna or borlamouth replacing the slp resonators spot.

So you're going for a pseudo Borla? If thats the case, then there is plenty of room under the fuel tank for the pipe going to the driver's side.

Yep putting a borla turbo were it would be on a borla catback. I believe it's a turbo muffler they use on there catback for our cars. Should sound pretty good, probably close to a borla.

Why would you want a hookermouth? I'd try hanging out next to a high school around lunchtime way before I picked up a hooker.

Sorry, couldn't resist it. I'm not sure what kind of results you would get with swapping mufflers like that. Your sound is going to be related more to your muffler choice than the tubing, although it will change the tone a little bit.
