Is it a slip-on collector or flanged? Either way, you're going to need some clamps/flanges and/or reducers, etc..

And how much does it usually costs to complete this project?
Depends on the shop and how much work they have to put into the system to make it fit.

On my car, I had to weld an extension (approx. 3" of 3" pipe) onto the 45º legs connected to the headers. Needed to lengthen the legs to get the "X" behind the tranny cross-member.

I had to cut the short leg on each of the rear 45º pipes to get it to route close to the torque arm and up slightly into the driveshaft tunnel. You're using Magnaflows so the position of the pipes is even more critical. You have a lot less space to work with than I did, using 'bullet' style mufflers.

So, cost is going to depend on how much cutting, fitting and welding they need to do. I did all the cutting/fitting myself so that cut a lot of time off the install for the shop. Time = money.

and what type of power will i be gaining? Thanks
More than you had?

Who knows...
