Header Questions

I have a 97 z28 and I am going to order pacesetter coated lt's with the pacesetter y pipe and get a GMMG exhaust. I'm going to get the headers with emissions and hook up the AIR and EGR but I'm going to get rid of the cats. My question is should I get o2 simulators or just get the o2 senors tuned out when I get a tune? Also will the gmmg exhaust slip fit on the pacesetter y pipe and if not what will I need to do to make it fit? Thanks

you might as well just get them tuned out since it won't cost you any more, I wouldn't waste the $ on o2 sims

I may be wrong, but it doesn't look like the GMMG has a flange welded at the end of the i-pipe. The Pacesetter y-pipe is slightly oversized so it should slip in assuming the GMMG i-pipe is exactly 3" in diameter.
