DynoMax Ultra-Flo or MagnaFlow ?
I have a 500hp gen1 small block with Hooker Super Comp 1+3/4" headers with 2+1/2" dual pipes. I need to decide between the #17219 DynoMax Ultra Flow mufflers and the MagnaFlow #14326 mufflers. Both are said to be straight through design, I am wondering which one is louder and deeper than the other? or if they're so close it doesn't matter? DynoMax does looks a little better made though, but they're not S/S. Thanx

Also look at the Edelbrock 304 SDTs..They flow great, sound awesome and seem to be the mufflers of choice for some serious 8 & 9 second cars around here...Plus they measure only 3 5/8" thick so they are some of the smaller cased mufflers for great clearance...They go for around $119/each...

I dont have any experience with the magnaflows but i love how my ultra-flos sound! has a very definate growl to it, though on the ultra-flos i had to go with the 17222 or 21 i believe (6" round canister) because the 4x9's wouldnt work with my setup.
