Dual cat cat-back system on a single cat car? How?

I am selling my 95+ dual cat flowmaster cat-back system, and I have someone interested who has a single cat car. How difficult would it be for this person to install this on his car? Would it mean just cutting some pipe of the end of the flowmaster system and welding it directly to the cat? Would it make it easier if he were to use a straight pipe in place of the cat (he was considering doing this, so it is not much trouble).

Thanks!

I believe the catbacks for the single cat cars had an additional s-pipe to connect the y-pipe and i-pipe together. If he takes it to a shop, it should be no trouble at all for them to fabricate up the necessary piping and get it all connected together.
