Do I need a flex pipe?

Hey guys, I bought all the pieces to my new exhaust setup that I want to use on my '94 Z28. I have Pacesetter Race LT headers (no EGR/AIR), Pacesetter ORY, Borla Catback, and a tiny magnaflow #14159 to keep the sound somewhat down .

However a friend told me that I may need a flex pipe. With WOT twisting the engine and exhaust, it could cause leaks/breaks. Though someone else told me that aftermarket headers have a "ball" that acts as the flex point.

Do Pacesetters have this ball? Am I ok without a flex pipe?

Thank you,
Paul

I don't think there is any need for a flex pipe. the engine and headers move together so i don't imagine leaks occurring from engine twist.
