For one you have two cats. Second you are already making ten more Hp over a 95. The extra couple of ponies are not worth the work unless you are planning a header upgrade. I doubt you would notice much difference besides sound.
You would need two straight pipes, but the drivers side will be tricky to get to considering the catalytic converter is practically connected right to the exhaust manifold. If you want to go ahead with it, in order to avoid the SES light, you will either need a pair of 02 simulators to plug into the rear 02 harness connectors or you will need to have your PCM tuned. For the very slight, if any, horsepower increase, it probably is not worth it.
