Looking for a way to put a true dual system with full length headers on my 80 Z28. I need to put cats on there to pass inspection. They don't have to stay on there after the inspection though. Should I buy a full header back system and just cut out the 14" or so to put the cats between the headers and mufflers or should I piece something together? Will the earlier 70 -73 systems work or is the floorpan different? Anyone here put an exhaust w/cats on a late 2nd gen?
