Best headers for a lowered car?

My 94 LT1 camaro is lowered 1" and it has a flowmaster catback. I want to get some sort of headers, but I live in an area with alot of bumps and rough roads. I HATE it when the car scrapes the ground.

I would like to get some pacesetter longtubes, but I'm worried that they will hang too low and scrape.

I'm willing to get midlength headers if they will solve the ground clearance issue. Is there a specific type that really hug the bottom of the car?

I also want to keep the car "green", meaning I don't want to ditch any emmissions equipment. I think it would be neat to put a catalytic converter on each header collector, instead of having one cat after the y-pipe.

Any suggestions?

my pacesetters dont scrape... but the y pipe does over speed bumps and such. and my car is not lowered. i was gonna lower it but i would not even consider it after the headers

your prolly gonna have to go mids to achive no scrape

Pacesetters tuck up really close to the body. On mine I had to have the notched Y-pipe from pacesetter to get it to fit on the driver's side...

i did not realize there was such a thing as a non-notched version

once again the headers are fine, actually they tuck right up against the body.. but the y-pipe has to cross under the trans and that is where ground clearance becomes an issue

I was originally going to fab up a custom Y, but it wouldn't match up to the collector without a lot of work with a hammer notching it... So no, pacesetter doesn't make a non-notched version as far as I know but the plan was to go with a custom pipe without the notch.

Can anyone post up some picks of the underside of thier car with headers?

I'm leaning towards pacesetters, and I plan on putting a cat right on the collector of each header. From there I just have to figure out a ypipe assembly. I wanna see what other people have done with a "2 cat" design.

Sorry I haven't gotten the pics up yet, the GF had my whole night planned out for me last night and forgot to mention it to me. I know I have a pic on my computer of the ground clearance and over lunch I'll upload it on photobucket and get it on here. I was asking 400 for the headers and y pipe.

They are ceramic coated race style headers.

I need headers with emissions fittings. Sorry but I don't think yours will work for me.

You will be fine with pacesetter LTs. I can make it over most speedbumps.

WHOA!!! I think that's the lowest I've ever seen. Did you drop the motor in the chassis 2" for better handling or what? Just kidding, but damn that's low.
