Anyone running Borla XR-1 Racing mufflers

I have been looking at the borla XR-1 Racing bullet mufflers and was wondering if anyone has a sound clip or anyone use them?

I have a sound clip in the "Sticky" at the top of the forum listing, but is a dyno pull, not on the road.

My buddy had a XR-1 on his ProCharged LS1 car... it sounded pretty good, especially for a LS1.

I would be interested in that video also buddy.
I am thinking of ditching mu 4" mufflex and running 2 borla's instead.

Which borla xr1 are you guys running? The 12" or the 16"

thanks
John

I am running the 12" x 4 1/2" x 7 7/8" ones. They are oval with three inch inlet/outlet.. I was going to take a video on my camera phone but it turned out bad. I should be able to take a video with my digital camera tomorrow though for you guys.

Here's some vids of my car before I sold it. Used a single round 12" XR1 3" in/out with a custom 3" Borlamouth setup using stock LS1 WS6 tips.

If you ditch that Mufflex, lmk..I might be interested

XR1's are a little pricey, but they do have a nice tone to them.
