I am installing some on my car and cant get the EGR tube to fit into the hole on the headers. Does it slip into the header so that the flange is flush with the header flange? Should I bend the edges of the EGR tube inward a little so it can start to slip into the hole on the headers? Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

 

FYI, It does go in and the plate does become flush but you have to bolt it up first before installing any of the header bolts or else it becomes impossible
