I have a stock 2000 Z28 in need of a driver's side catalytic converter. I found a guy willing to sell me his stock 1999 SS driver and passenger manifolds, cats and y-pipe.

Will his exhaust fit on my car? If it won't direct bolt, can custom pieces be fabricated to make it fit?

 

I'm not a LS1 guru, but those should be identical pieces to the stock manifold, cats, and y-pipe on your car. You'll only need the piece (I believe a LS1 y-pipe is 2 pieces) that has the drivers side catalytic converter on it. But obviously he probably won't sell the y-pipe in pieces.
