Thanks! My first post. I just purchased a 2001 SS and it has the center mount exhaust system on it. On the door jam SLP tag it says performance exhaust system as one of the added options. It has a full size muffler which is rather quiet,but not bad sound. Is this an OK setup ( as far as performance) or should I look into somthing better. Thanks.

 

Sorry! I know there are better after market exhaust systems. I was wondering if this is really a performance exhaust compared to stock. Thanks.

 

On the SS models they already have the upgraded intake/exhaust...would not even bother changing it.
