Hawkeye Camaro-fest 2007

The 4th edition of HAWKEYE CAMARO-FEST is returning to the campus of Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) in Ankeny, IA on Saturday, July 14th, 2007. HC-F is one of the largest "ALL CAMARO" car shows in the upper mid-west. This years show features 21 classes for both original and modified Camaros.

The show will be independently judged by the Cyclone Corvette Club of Ames Iowa.

Do you know what times the event runs until? I normally work on Saturdays so I don't know if I could squeeze that one in or not.

Schedule

The day's schedule runs like this:

Registration begins at 8:00 am and lasts until 11:00 am.

Judging starts at 9:00 am and continues until 3:00 pm, with a short break for lunch.

"Best of Show" judging follows.

The "Awards Ceremony" w/help from the HOOTER's Girls is scheduled to start at 4:00 pm.

It's a full day of activities. The band starts about noon.....EXIT 113. Check them out at www.exit113.com

I am from the Des Moines area. I may have to make it over there. Probably wont be registering my car though. A stock LT1 isn't much to look at anyway. I wouldn't mind seeing all the other sick rides though.

i would still register it.....its always fun to perticipate...its its not all about the customization either, if it is well cleaned u never kno,.... that happened to me at my first car show i entered.... plus it was a blast being apart of it all

HC-F 2007 Update

I just wanted to post this reminder. In order to receive a free HC-F event t-shirt your registration must be postmarked by June 15, 2007. Don't be left out. We will not be printing any extras to sell at the show.
