Re: Bay Area members, sound off...

bump just because it dropped off in my ****.

this weekend we'll have to hardcore start planning since it'll be 2 weeks from this sunday, unless... there are are only a few (like less than 5) who are going to show then i say **** it.

if you are definatley going to show then post. if there are less than 5 showing i'm not going to bother.

Re: Bay Area members, sound off...

we need 4 more people who are definates before this whole thing gets shot down.

if there aren't 4 more that will definately be there by the 20th the whole thing is off (as far as my involvement).

remember, definately is the key word here.

Re: Bay Area members, sound off...

So the 24th is on a Sunday. I am working Sunday, but who cares really. The only concern with me right now, where is Heather Farms ? If I go, I'll bring at least two other F-bodies with me.

Somebody list the address of the meeting place please.

Re: Bay Area members, sound off...

Heather Farms is in Walnut Creek. i think it's off of N. San Marcos (might be south, you make a left). basically, take 24E to 680N and take the Ygnacio Valley exit (it's on the 24/680 interchange). hang a right on YV and follow it for a couple of miles and make a left on San Marcos. it's easy to get to. if you're coming from 680S it's a little more complicated because there isn't a YV exit.

i'm not sure where we'll be at the park. it all depends on how many people are there. i usually post my cell # a day or two before so if people get lost or can't find us we won't have a problem. at previous meets, we've always been at the front of the park.

SS,

if you want, PM me your address and i'll get you directions (from wherever you'll be coming).

i still need to call James about this. i really wish i'd remember this **** in the middle of the day instead of late at night.

I should be free on the 24th. The 23rd I'll be here
http://www.soundsoftheundergroundtour.com/

I'll try to get Kyung on here but he's keeping some messed up hours. I'm afraid I can't say for sure if I can make it because I'm really busy this month. There's a good chance I'll be there but if something comes up, you know how it goes

i'm not sure where we'll be at yet. we normally meet up at the first parking lot on the right as you come in.

28.0 miles or 44 minutes from my location. Can do. We might have to reschedule, I don't see this coming together in time for the meet.

Re: Bay Area members, sound off...

we have plenty of time. all we really need to bring is food and utensils. we can always pick that stuff up at Albertson's once there are some people there.

let's get a head count and see if it's even worth having. chime in if you will definately be there. if we don't get at least 5 people by friday evening then it's off and we'll do it some other time.

so far:
