Year round track?
I heard that Coastal Plains is a year round track?....is this true?....are there any others that are not to much of a drive from Raliegh?.....if so.....are they 1/4 or 1/8?

Kinston is a year around track. I thank they start running on Saturdays next week. They're a 1/4 mile track and there closer than coastal plans.
