Track day at Steel 1/05/03
I am going to be taking notes,I have to relearn how to let launch on these (almost) new Et streets.

Just a lightly modded 02 SS here, but I'd like to show. Give those stock 03 Cobras something to think about. What's the details and how do I get there from Montgomery (can come up I-65 or US231). Picking up my son from USMC basic at Parris Island on the 3rd, so we'll be looking for some speed action quickly!

From what I hear we are going the same day as there Internet Gathering 4, which means there will be some were around a 100 cars depending on the weather.Still just guessing on my part.
The Internet Gathering I when to was 10/01(the first one),there was over 150 cars there. 40% Camaro 40% Mustang 20% other and 100% all Racing.
I have 10 F bodys coming from the GAFBA,Fbodys coming from Chattanooga and Alabama.So about 20 fbodys.
Right now I have s couple different people local to the track trying to get ahold of the folks at Steele and have them Open at 10 AM.

The gathering has been changed from Sunday to Saturday . This will give us more daylight to run . The track will open at 9 am -- 5 pm
Plus their is a chance of rain for Sunday is another reason for the change ..Joe just got off the phone with the track owner Jason
