no i did not tell paypal i did not know i could do something through them it's been 6 months now

After 6 months paypal could not do much about reversing the charges unless they have his bank account info, and they might. Check with them anyway.

 

I grew up in Jonesboro and less than 3 miles from where that guy lives. You could try contacting the Clayton County PD at 770-471-4242 and see what they can tell you. If it's not 471 then it's 478. Good luck. Jerks like that deserved to get nailed by the cops.
