do not waste your time driving to athens, tn for the carnutz car show, swap meet. it took about 5 minutes to see the whole thing. that was a long drive for nothing. 2 cars in the whole car show.

i think it comes to b'ham also sometime this summer. might be better. i dont know. will not go to athens, tn again.

 

The swap meet didnt turn out like we hoped. We had 4 vendors that paid and never showed and 11 that just didnt show up. If you came on Saturday then yes ther was only two cars in the corral(for sale). The car show was on Sunday and we only had 28 cars. Mothers Day hurt us and they had the strawberry fest. in Dayton Tn the same wekend that hurt us really bad. All our vendors still made money and alot of people got some great parts. Sorry, that it was not the way we hoped it would be. It is the first one in Athens Tn and it is always hard the first show we do to get started. But it always takes off after we work out all the bugs in the town and surrounding areas. We are going to have the Car Show both days instead of one. And going to market it different this time. Again sorry if you didnt find anything you were looking for but it will be different in August. How you will give use another chance.

 

Hey, I waste my time driving to Athens, TN every day.......but it's only because I work there. Ha. Ha. I'm not familiar with the Carnutz show but they do have some pretty good cars shows in Athens from time to time at the city Regional Part near the Interstate, so please don't let this one instance reflect bad on any and every car show in Athens, TN. Can't blame you for your post, however, because I'd probably have to have a darn good reason to drive down to Muscle Shoals too.
