Asheville, NC?

Hey guys, im kinda thinking of getting out of the Baltimore area within the next year(maybe less), and i was thinking of the Asheville area, mainly because of weather(milder then Bmore) and mt. biking. BUT i would need a job, im working as a mechanic, but thats not really what i want to do. Id prefer a fabrication style job(wether it be car chasses, bike frames, something like that). Is that an industry down there?? Any input would be very very appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Asheville, NC?

Thanks, gonna check those links out.

Just gotta find a job...

Edit: Looks like some decent riding in Charlotte! Which is cool cause there are alot of speed shops in that general area.
One more question, how far(driving time) is Asheville from Charlotte? Thanks for your help. Looks like i need to plan a Trip
