Z06 clutch in LT1

Looking to buy that Z06 flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disc kit from gmpartsdirect.com for $300ish. I was wondering if anybody knew if the bolt patterns were different on LT1 versus LS1/6 cranks.

Are there any physical differences in the sizes of the pressure plates that would make it not fit in the bellhousing of my LT1 transmission?

Thanks

You cant use an LS1/LS6 clutch/flywheel in an LT1. If you want to upgrade to a "Corvette" performance clutch go with an LT4, the pressure plate has more clamping force and it uses a stronger unsprung disc than the LT1. Better yet I would just go with SLP's clutch kit, I've used it for 10k hard miles and its worked great so far.

So I take it the bolt pattern on the crank for the flywheel is different between the two then?

Because that would be the only reason they dont work from what I've gathered off this site. LS1 discs work in LT1 setups so the spline count and shaft diameter are the same.

I dont really need a stronger clutch, or a new one at all right now. Just since I'm replacing a shot transmission, I figure I might as well put a new clutch set in while I'm at it.

I don't need a "Corvette" clutch, just thought that if it would bolt up it would be a great deal since you get a new flywheel and everything for $300.

LS1's are a push type, LT1's are a pull.
