Will a PY3400 eat up a stock tranny?

I have a Pro Yank 3400 stall convertor. I was going to install this along with a good shift kit and a tranny cooler.

Is this setup going to destroy my bone stock 4L60-E?

mine didnt, but you HAVE to run a good cooler.

the stacked plate coolers are more efficient then the tube/fin type.

When you say "stack plate coolers" is this refereing to the 24,000 B&M tranny cooler that Jegs sells? If not, could you link me to where this particular cooler is.
ALso, what is a good shift kit to use?
