What would cause this?

Angry What would cause this?

doing an A4-M6 swap. The car shifts in gear fine when the car is off, but when you turn it on it won't go into gear. What kind of things should I check?

Sounds like your clutch isn't complete disengaging.

Yeah I figured it was that, what would be causes of that? I'm gonna cheack again to make sure the slave rod is on the fork correctly tomorrow. What eles should I look for/at?
