What size stall should I get?

I dont have the car running/moving yet but Im going to jump on the banwagon and add a stall to my car while Im at it....what size stall would be good for my mods? Ive heard that even though my mods are not that much a stall would really knock down some tenths off my ET's and still be very driveable on the street...this will be a daily driver in the summer ....and someone told me that since I have put the LT1 cam in I have moved my power band up and putting a stall is needed...so I come to you guys for help..

My advice would be to pick a company and call them...Most good converter companies custom make their converters to the customers combo...I personally use Precision Industries Vigilante...kinda pricey, but I got 5 tenths and its been in the car for almost 8 years with no problems...I think their website is www.converter.com
