what else do i need to replace when getting a new gear?

what else do i need to replace when getting a new gear?
my car has 30k on it and i will be getting 373 gears in a week or two, i was wondering what else do i need to replace besides the ring and pinion gear? i know that i will replace the pinion seal, is there anything else that i should replace?
