Turbo 350. I don't know anything other then that. My uncle said its a bit better then the 4L60E, however, it does not have an Overdrive gear. My car is currently at my family mechanics, and i am having the stock 4L60E rebuilt, but the Turbo 350 is around 900 new. I know after a few months with no OD, it will hurt at the pump. What do you guys think?

What kind of mods do you have? Unless they are pretty major,it makes more sense to rebuild your 4l60E. There are several companies making quaility units, I had good luck with FLP and Pro-built automatics.

Yes, i do have major mods. Heads, headers, cam, rockers, exhaust, intake as well.

None of those are so major as to stop a well built 4L60E from living. The biggest advantage the TH350 has over the 4L60E is that you are more likely to find someone capable of building it. Few shops are capable of building a performance 4L60E and then just blame THEIR failure on the tranny. I am very happy with my pro-built.net tranny and know people very happy with teamtripp.com and flp2win.com FLP is actually a little south of Chicago the other two are in CA and GA.

I can answer that.

500FWHP and a stall converter will kill it preetty quick. With 400FWHP it takes a little longer.That HP and a 3.42 gear does it quicker.

To add another good builder to the list given above, I say CPT can build a damn good tranny that can hold your mods. Follow the link in my sig if you look around he also has info on turbo 350's as well.
