What could make my clutch engage/release point change while driving?

Sometimes when i brake hard my clutch release point changes? Basically i'll come to a hard stop and when i press in the clutch to put it in first... go to release it, the engagement point comes on sooner?

The master cylinder is basically new and the slave is new. The spec stage 2 kevlar disc and pressure plate are new. The master and slave are topped off with fluid..

Im at a loss here. What could change my clutch engagement point when braking hard... ?

well. its unlikley, but if your pressing hard on the petal its connected to the firewall, so is the clutch.. could be some loose stuff down there?.. mounts for the petals.. things like that?.. other than that, I dont see how the 2 systems are related. just a thought?

havent figured it out yet... haven't been working on it really as I have a header leak issue i need fixed first.

It may be a fluid leak as its the only thing i can think of that would cause that but the slave and master are full...? no signs of a leak on the ground anyhow.... i'll figure it out eventually.
