wh12 bolt gearing help?

12 bolt gearing help?
I have a moser 12 bolt with 4.10's in it with a eaton posi. I was wondering If I need to get a new posi unit to go with a 3.08 or 3.23 gear?

No no no, stick with the 4.10's and see how high you can pull the front wheels
