Weird vibrations

Just got done installing my full around custom audio and went to crank her up and she fired up fine then i went to let out the clutch and felt some weird vibrations and it made a horrible sound, hard to describe. But when its let out the pedal shakes a lil and the center console vibrates, and i noticed now that it has a leak bak right before the Y goes to one on my exhaust, could this b a tranny mount that yanked my rear main out?!

Re: Weird vibrations

check that tranny mount and make sure its in tact. Your going to have to remove it btw. When mine broke a while back, you couldnt tell with it on the car. Once i removed i found that i could pull it apart with my hands very easily. check it out

good luck

Re: Weird vibrations

Im pretty sure its not the tranny mount, it does it when decelerating from high rpm (say going to 30 in first then puttin disengaging the clutch and it makes this werid grindingish feeling, it does it into third to and a lil bit at idle when not moving, is it a bearing?
