what do you guys think about a vig 4000 with 250 shot of nitrous? Will it blow through the converter or not. The tranny is a th400. anyone have experience? Thanks Chris

 

It depends on which converter you get, they have single and multi clutch versions, for the th400 they have spraged and spragless, your best bet is to call them and find the best for your combo. that's what I did when ordering mine, just be prepared to pay a lot more for one that will hold that much power.

I remeber when pricing mine a few years ago, the single clutch fot the 4l60e was about high $600's and the multi-clutch was $900+...

 

well. th400 verters are generally cheaper I believe. I paid $650 for mine. Vicki knew that I would be spraying up to a 300 shot. I called her the other day and she told me that the converter I have is the same one that they use for big blocks and 400+ hp of spray

Updates? Anyone had good luck with them? I remember a High Performance Tech article back that showed 3-4 cars running great times with Vigilantes and spray. It was a FI vs Spray article.
