Vibration

So I have a 95' 6-speed stock Z28. Yea it's the purple one so what? Anyway I started noticing a vibration under the car from about 500 to 1200rpm. Checked all plates and stuff on exhaust and looked good. Think it may be the tranny or driveshaft. Noice goes away after RPM raises past 1200 or so very odd please help.

How do you get the engine to run at 500rpm to know this?

I noticed when i let the clutch out too early a couple times. In heavy traffic with the brake down it will go down a bit below 500 before it will stall. Noise is always there though whether taking off or slowing down. More prominent when getting going though.
