Angry Vibration

I recently purchased a 1998 Z28. I love the car but....., The car was pulling right, They replaced the left tie rod and since then I have had a vibration though the steering wheel and the whole car. It is worse around 65-70 mph. They have wheel aligned my car and have balanced the wheels three times. They have told me there is nothing else they can do. Does anyone have any ida what could be causing this problem. My dream car has turned into a nighmare . I also bought 2 new tires as I thought this may have been the problem. Still to no avail.

Rotate the tires, front to back, and check again. Find another shop, those guys aren't trying hard enough.
