Very strange transmission problem

I will try to explain this the best I can as this has me completely lost as to what it is thats causing this.

A little info on my car 1st
I have a LT1 stroker making some good power, an Art Carr street/strip drag 4L60E w/ Art Carr 3200 stall ( about 1500 miles on it )

When I launch my car from a stop the car goes thru 1st gear real fast like normal and shifts into 2nd gear quick and hard like designed. but right after the 1-2 shift for about half a second the car seems to be down on power almost like the converter is just slipping away then all the sudden the power picks right back up. It feels like i let off the gas to about 75% WOT then after .5 seconds I push it right back to the floor. I think it does the same thing on the 2-3 shift but im not sure. The scan tool shows NO knock retard, infact I have disabled it so that cant be it. My LM1 wideband shows a constant 12.7-13.1 AFR during all WOT runs including the shifts. I have the tranny pressure tables set to stock settings as recomended by art carr. I have the TCC lockup disabled as recomended by art carr ( stock settings lockup is disabled anyway so I left them stock ) Is it possible the tranny fluid level could be causing this ??? Im pretty sure the level is correct.

Im almost certain this has to do with the transmission either physically or tuning wise altho the tranny tables are basically stock. Anyone have a clue ?
