Upgrading Rearend Questions?

I have thrown my last $$ at my stock POS differential. I have replaced gears (2 sets of 4:10s) and bearings 3 times. I am considering a 9" and am looking for feedback from guys that are running these. I need to keep my 4:11 ratio for my setup. My questions are>>

How much HP is lost to turn these larger components?

Who makes quiet running gears for the 9"? This is a street car.

Any advantage/disadvantages to 9" vs 12 bolt?

Is there a way to keep ABS with a 9 inch setup?

(I have a 9" posi 3rd member in a truck I am parting out and using this will reduce my initial cost on an upgrade. Moser and a couple others out there make complete bolt in setups minus the 3rd member.)

Any, and all feedback, good and bad is appreciated!

Thanks in advance
